1 package jiffy corn muffin mix
2 cans creamed corn
1 Tablespoon minced onion
2 eggs
¼ cup milk
Salt and Pepper
Mix all ingredients right in 9 x 13 inch baking dish
Dot with margarine or butter
Bake at 350 until it looks done (45 minutes to and hour)
